For plug-and-work flats and heritage apartments, we can typically arrange move-in within three to five business days of confirmed booking, assuming availability. Glass villas require advance notice of seven to ten days for household staff coordination. Rush arrangements may be possible depending on current occupancy.
What is the minimum stay requirement?
Plug-and-work flats have a minimum stay of two weeks. Heritage apartments and glass villas require a minimum of one month. After the initial period, tenancy continues on a month-to-month basis with 30 days notice for departure. No annual lease commitment is required.
Can we view properties before committing?
Yes. We can arrange in-person viewings during business hours with 24 hours notice. Virtual video tours are available immediately for any property. Photo documentation and floor plans are provided for all units. We encourage viewing to ensure the property meets expectations.
How are maintenance issues handled?
Residents can report maintenance needs via our messaging support channel or email. Emergency issues (plumbing, electrical, security) receive same-day response. Non-urgent repairs are scheduled within 48 hours. We maintain local service partnerships to minimize downtime.
